The Ottoman Empire was a ruled by Turkish. The rise of the empire was in 1299. It stretched over three continents. This empire was a follow up to the Roman empire, Byzantine Empire and many others. In 1453 the Ottomans captured Constantinople which was thecapital of Byzantine empire and later the capital to the Ottomans. That capture resulted in the fall of the Byzantine empire also occurred.


Constantinople was center for trading, selling and where all the riches were made. It was a beautiful city. The Ottoman Empire because one of the most influential. They were strong culturally and militarily. Many try to defeat them but they were too strong. They came to an end after the World War.
