Better Understanding
Let’s compare the Confucianism belief to ours in America

A person is trailed for the assassination of the president. He is sentence with the death penalty. Most Americans believe that his sentence was just. Many Confucians won’t believe that the court’s actions brought any justice, because the courts only dealt with the punishment, but what about the killer's family? What if the assassinator was the main source of income for his household? What will his children do? The Confucian try to deal with punishment, and fix any damage done to the other variables affected by the crime.
